EC1 Environmental Collaboration: Principles for Collaborative Decision-Making focuses on the cores skills, concepts and principles you will need to be an effective participant in Environmental Collaboration, however the skills and knowledge are transferable to many fields. This is a professional development online program. The Online Study Course is self-paced, including 3 modules focused on scenarios to help you develop the systematic response strategies and communication skills needed in Environmental Collaboration. In addition, participants may join free Advice Clinic webcasts, hosted by the OQA Environmental Team. Facilitators review participant work, provide feedback and study strategies in an informal and effective learning event. OQA - Organizational Quality Associates is introducing the Environmental Collaboration Online Course $99 (Regular fee is $299.) Groups of five will recieve a discount. The online course is "Self-Paced" and may be completed based on your convenience. EC1 Facilitators will provide responses and invite participants to online "Advice Clinics" to recieve more detailed feedback.

Interactive Learning Strategies

EC1 is a strategic leaning experience, including 3 interactive modules, narrated by EC1 Facilitators, Learning Interactions and special handouts designed to develop your collaboration and communication skills.

The online course is self-paced, and includes online "Advice Clinics" to discuss case problems, strengthen your abilities, and support dialog with the EC1 Facilitators. All web meetings are recorded.
