HOW TO ENROLL ONLINE:

  • This enrollment page is for U.S. Navy personnel that wish to purchase the Certified Professional Fiber Optics Installer Program “out-of pocket” and the Official COOL Program Coordinator only.

  • U.S. Navy personnel that are eligible for and have an Approved COOL Program Voucher must contact the Cool Program Coordinator in order to process their enrollment.

  • The member must apply for a Voucher from the Navy COOL web site:  https://www.cool.navy.mil/costs.htm#voucher

    • U.S. Navy personnel who are not approved for the COOL Program or who are enrolling to receive a reimbursement through VA benefits, should use the “INDIVIDUAL MEMBER ENROLLMENT” link below.

    • “INDIVIDUAL MEMBER ENROLLMENTs” will not be eligible for the COOL Program, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement on your own.

  • Enrollees MUST provide a current and valid email address to receive access to the Online Program.

  • You will receive an emailed confirmation letter which will include instructions with password and login information necessary to begin the online program within 24 hours of receipt of registration.

COOL Program Coordinator Enrollment Procedure:  The two step enrollment process may take up to 48 hours following the batch enrollment submission.  Please follow these steps:

  • Submit the list of members to be enrolled.

    • The list may be text only, excel spreadsheet or word document.

    • Member Name; Member HOME Street Address (Not APR or FPO); Member Phone; Member Email Address; Last 4 of SSN; COOL Voucher ID.

    • Submit the Batch Enrollment list to: Support@Online2Learn.net

  •  Batch Enrollment Payment Processing

    • After the list of members is sent to Online2Learn.net, with valid COOL Voucher ID, the batch enrollment process will begin.

    • A payment processing link will be sent to the requesting party.

    • Complete Certification Cost (and support for up to six months) is $400 (in U.S. dollars) per member.

    • Online payment forms include MasterCard/Visa/American Express/Discover.

    • Following payment processing, a receipt will be sent to the requesting party, and each member may begin the certification process.  Welcome letters will be sent to each member, with individual logon accounts.
