This Flash presentation teaser was developed to promote our full three module online class, teaching financial literacy tools to help employees think and act like owners.

It outlines learning objectives, expectations and overall effect of the company-wide project.

We were asked to create a sexual harassment prevention program, customized to the specific policy and unique qualities of a faith-based organization.

This introduction prepares the participant for a single module, covering the policy and procedures for this topic.

This interaction provides an "Advanced Organizer" to an Ergonomics module.  The participant explores areas of frequent injury to find the body part with the highest reported injury.

Here is an example of a traditional matching exercise, created in flash with sound, motion and scoring features.

Participants will not be fully engaged in a learning presentation, unless they are encouraged to think.  This is an estimating activity, where participants guess how much can be saved, if a plan is implemented.

This interaction is designed to share eLearning strategies and techniques, to increase learner engagement and meaningfulness.
